We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

2. Delivery Time

• Ready-to-ship products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Made-to-order or customized products may require additional processing time before shipping.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and product availability.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping is available on orders above EGP 2,500.
• Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Inspection

Customers are allowed to inspect their order before completing payment upon delivery.

If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is found during inspection, the order may be refused without any additional charges.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, an additional shipping fee may apply for the next delivery attempt.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or unexpected operational delays.

In such cases, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
