We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order only in the following cases:

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• The product received does not match the order specifications.
• The product arrives damaged due to shipping.

2. Made-to-Order & Customized Products

Products that are manufactured, customized, or prepared specifically upon customer request cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect or do not match the agreed specifications.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Dar Khashab will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• The damage resulted from misuse or improper handling.
• The product was made according to the customer's requested specifications and is free from manufacturing defects.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

If a different refund method is requested, any applicable transaction or transfer fees may be deducted.
